The Board of Directors normally meets the third Wednesday of the month.  Open Session normally starts at 5 PM. Check the community calendar for meeting times.  Do you have a question for your Board of Directors?  Use the Contact Us feature to, "Ask the Board."  Click on any link in the HOA menu to be taken to your desired location. 
Every 3rd Wednesday of the Month
The meeting will be held in person at The Lake House and with a virtual option. 
  • Open Session beginning at 5:00 p.m.
  • Open Forum is scheduled at the end of each meeting. This time allows the opportunity for owners who want to provide comments or information. All virtual owner comments will be submitted via "Chat" or in advance via email to CINCO2@ciramail.com.  
  • In-person guests will be asked to walk up to the guest microphone to state their names and question so that all participants can hear. The Board of Directors will address questions during Open Session as they are submitted. 
  • At the close of the Open Forum, the Board will conduct the meeting as outlined on the agenda.
  • Questions or concerns will not be addressed during this time. 
In order to conduct the meeting in person and remotely, we have set up a Zoom meeting so that you can join us by teleconference or video. The meeting information will be displayed on the screen in the video. Owner Forum is the place for owners to ask questions, and make comments or requests of the Board.
