BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING
Every 3rd Wednesday of the Month
The meeting will be held both in person at The Lake House and with a virtual option.
- Open Session beginning at 5:00 p.m.
- Open Forum is scheduled to begin at 5:15 p.m. and is the opportunity for owners who would like to provide comments or information. All virtual owner comments will be submitted via "Q&A" or in advance via email to CINCO2@ciramail.com. The Moderator will state their name and repeat their question verbally for all to hear.
- In-person guests will be asked to walk up to the guest microphone to state their names and question so that all participants can hear. The Board of Directors will address questions during Open Session as they are submitted.
- Open Forum will close at 6:30 p.m. At the close of the Open Forum, the Board will conduct the meeting as outlined on the agenda.
- Questions or concerns will not be addressed during this time.
In order to conduct the meeting in-person and remotely, we have set up a Zoom meeting so that you can join us by teleconference or video. The meeting information will be displayed on the screen in the video.
