Home Improvements
Need to make a home improvement?  No problem!  First, learn what you can and can't do (see documents below).  Then, if needed, submit an application, for our HOA board to review (this application is easy to fill out, and will guide you through the entire process).  Remember: don't start improvements until you've been given the green light!

If in doubt, ask!  Contact your HOA management company by phone at 713-981-9000 or via email at customercare@ciaservices.com.
